We can’t thank Adam and Laura enough for our initial visit to discuss our needs and answered all of our questions and seamlessly and effortlessly set us up for dad’s care. Sonya, our heath care professional, who came and evaluated dad and cared for him and so patiently walked us through the steps of dads care. Sonya was so sweet and gentile and caring, and we will never forget her and all she did until dad’s passing. The care didn’t end with dad’s death. As a family we are seeing and working with Miriam in dealing with our grief and how to move forward as siblings after dad’s passing. Miriam has such a great listening ear and feel so safe talking with her. Elevation Hospice was the best decision that we made for the care of my father and care for my family. This is an amazing group of professionals who care about the patient as much as they do the family. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for us.

From the administration to her RN Case Manager, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, etc.. my mom was cared for in a professional, gentle, loving and caring way. Each person went the extra mile, and made my mom and our family feel valued. My moms RN Case Manager Laura spent as much time as needed with each family member to answer all of our questions and educate us as her health declined. Though it was hard, we were prepared. My mom loved and trusted Laura. My dad and each of us loved and appreciated her so much. The staff at Elevation Hospice has continued to check on us since her passing and also supported our family at the viewing and funeral. I can't bring my mom back right now and I miss her so much... but I am so grateful to Elevation Hospice for being there for me and my family and helping us to find peace and hope in our temporary loss from our mom, "until we meet again". Thank you Elevation!!

The caretakers, social workers, and everyone else who helped on this journey were kind and respectful. On the day when my mother's condition worsened, Jan rushed over to help our family. She was there not just for my mother, but for the rest of us as well. She could have just done her job and left, but she remained with our family until well after my mother passed. Her experience was invaluable, and her tenderness with my daughters is something I will never forget. It was a very difficult time for all of us, but Jan helped us to see the joy of my mother's life, and process the grief of her death. Her love and kindness helped us experience my mother's death as a tender moment. If there are angels on this earth, then Jan has earned her wings. I would eagerly recommend Elevation Hospice to anyone.

We knew from the start that mom was in the best of hands and we couldn't be more grateful! The continued care my dad has received, following moms passing in August, shows the true nature of those who work at Elevation. He has had multiple surprise visits to check up on him, and to bring him soup and candy "just because". I can not praise those at Elevation Hospice enough! They do what they do, not only because it's their job, but because it's who they are! They truly do care!
